Woohoo ~ Crafty Pad Top 5

Well, guess what.. I was picked as a Top 5 in last weeks The Crafty Pad - Challenge of Paper Piecing!

This has made my day.. Its been a hectic week with both boys (DH/Son)going to Dentist, Orthopedic Surgeon and tomorrow the ol' fella is having a day procedure! Me aka Nurse, Taxi Driver, loving wife, mum! ha ha.. shall be needing to change my hats..

I just thought I would share my crazy week with you all - along with some good news. Suffice to say - am not going to work tomorrow..Hmm.. wonder if I can take my copics to the hospital..

A small technical problem

Hi guys,
I needed to clean my blog up as its got a virus in it some where.. and when you click on it.. you go to another website and not mine.. sigh..

I might even have to change my blog completely..OH nnooo..

Update - I've found the little bugger..lol and will get this blog back to some semblance of the normal over the weekend.. i had to take all my links off including my DT and Candy info..

A little creation!

Evening everybody..

I thought I would share a little creation. I made this as a entry to the local scrap book store as they have a monthly card creation competition - you have to buy the pack and you're only allowed to use the card/embellishments that are contained within the pack. It was a struggle with using the paper as it wasn't something that i would typically use and there were only 2 sheets double sided.. as you can see - i've used three sides.. ha haha

Birthday candy! (CLOSED)

Yesterday was my birthday and I was extremely spoilt! I received flowers from my daughter, my boss and ladies from work. My other daughter sent me a lovely ornament to pop in the garden..I got several presents and someone did mention that my work desk looked like a florist!

So I thought I would pay it forward.



now - since I only three lovely ladies so far - who have shared my candy.. I thought I would post a little teaser! So now its all up to you!!



So it will be a surprise candy that is going to last 48 days! Hmmm.. I wonder why.. ha ha ha..

Bizzy Bec's JULY Challenge- FLOWER POWER

Well Hi Ya everybody!
Sorry I've been absent, yet again! But i had some holidays and spent all of my time with my family in Melbourne.. We had a lovely time and I can't wait to move back there.

Now down to business..

Below is my take on this months challenge - Flower Power ~ theme by Tracy


Now I know its not my normal style but I just wanted to give you an idea about what you can use other than the regular coloured images.

So I created this little tag scene with nothing more than Memory Box/Poppy Dies (including Wildflower patch, Grand Madison Window, Grand Madison window box, spring border, primula blooms,Dancing Tulips and our trusty Estate Fence ) and some Kaiser papers..
