Hi Everybody.. (can you imagine Shrek's voice..lol)

Well its Wednesday night - Yep half way through the week and Yes I have been absent. Sometimes - as others have said before me - Life just gets in the way..

I was just sitting here - blog stalking as i do and trying to relax as one does when work is stressful and gets in the way of having fun - to my surprise i have just received a lovely email from Tara. Now as you know I lurve blog stalking and checking out what the other crafty ladies all over this wide world of ours get up to and I found Tara's blog, now I must say - she is a wonderful creator. To my surprise I won her 40th blog candy.
So i must say - go and check out her work and leave her some lovely comments as her cards are fab.. Dont forget to say happy birthday :)

Oh yeah - I've just had another email from Bec - letting me know that my new magnolia stamps are in the post.. Stay tuned as i will ink them up and create something fab!

I'm a little Blue?

We had a little challenge with the members of our copic class - to use an image and match up the Alphabet! so I chose - this monster.. lol and asked him to feel a little Blue..


Now I know this is a bit kinda weird - but i like him! (He's from Dilly Beans)
Now on my daily blog stalking (weirder still ~ NOT) I found a little challenge to enter this guy in..
Addicted to Stamps challenge #21 - Use Blues (got that one in the bag!)

Anniversary! 25 years

Well its been a long 25 years! Ohhh.. and this post is a bit late. hmmm.. but better late than never. I thought I would pop this up as a bit of a funky Anniversary card.. and will let you know how the DH takes it!


Now I know that this is like the third post this week.. Nope am not on a roll - cause i have done absolutely nothing since getting home from work tonight ~ sigh..

I will however take this chance to enter this quirky card in a challenge for Dilly Beans ~ shades of red and black challenge

WOW is it 2012? already

First off - can I say sorry for being absent.

Do you know I think that work is really getting into the way of my crafting habit and then there was Christmas!

Hands up who spent most of christmas day travelling around the countryside trying to please everyone and feeling exhausted by the end of the day!
Yep - thats me with both hands waving in the air!!

Our christmas day was spent travelling through the wonderful green pastures of Gippsland and yep thats a fair way from Western Australia. Consequently after arranging everything - booking flights, making sure the cat was booked into the cattery, accommodation and hire car. I can tell you I was pooped - as i was organising everyone at work as well..

Ok, enough of the woe is me!..

I have made some cards and will share one of them with you tonight..


Now this card was created for the daughters to give out - yep whilst doing everything else.. who was a good mum and was creating christmas cards.. and didn't send one out herself.. Yep you guessed it.. those hands are still waving in the air!
I think DH had a great idea - send out some cards during the year - with the ritual christmas letter and well - perhaps he can have a go at writing it as well.. ha ha .. nah.. its never gonna happen..

Any who - back to business! crikey even the spell checker is having issues..
i thought i would enter this card in a couple of challenges - yep found a couple - sooo fingers crossed.
